One of the most difficult parts of keeping the group informed is making sure there is a single unified list of all email addresses, phone numbers, and apartment numbers for the people who want to stay in the loop!
This conversation started between several text chains, a whatsapp group, phone calls, and good old fashioned talking in the halls. As a result, we have a lot of “disconnected” data… things like “We have a name, but not a phone number”, or “I have a phone number from a group text, but not their name”, or “I’m missing their email address”.
We want to have a complete list because we want to connect with each member in their method of preference. Some want emails, some want texts, and others prefer to receive a call on their landline.
