After an explosion at 1050 George Street on 7/6/2025, residents of the building met to discuss the incident, the building’s emergency response, and other topics pertaining to the condition of the property.
During the initial meeting, the residents decided that they would like to collectively document various and specific conditions that are of concern, and to consider what steps may be appropriate in order to ensure those conditions are addressed.
At this time, the group has agreed to begin to compile notes to produce documentation, and to then share that documentation back with the group.
The 1050 George Street Tenants’ site is designed to be a repository for the notes and documents that residents produce, support communication between the group, and ensure that everyone who wishes to participate is able to access all documents and updates.
